Xmas Picnic

It is really a blessing to start serving in the children ministry. The kids in my class are soooo cute.

These kids and Siu Bak have something in common -- they will come close to you if they like you and you can tell from their eyes if they are fear of you or don't like you. They will act like a baby only in front of those they trust so it is truely delighting and sweet everytime they come to me to tell me their thoughts. Don't know why, compared to the girls, the boys are closer to me. May be because I'm not that feminine??

Most of the children came with their family. Teachers need to pay additional attention to those who joined alone. My favorite boys little Jason & Kevin came alone and I really enjoy attending them outside classroom. The little boys are active and playful, will do some naughty acts but will also obey teachers. It is my duty to keep them in order in class. But outside classroom, I can play with them freely and the kind of joy cannot be explained.

Kids' mind is simple. The time spent with them is healing and energizing to a tired heart. It is more blessed to give than to take. But in this service, I am receiving more than I give.
