爸爸和我愛煞了九記的牛腩.無論是清湯腩或哩腩,暫時都還沒吃到更好的.
爸爸也很捧場天后的華姐清湯腩,因為可以保證吃到好件頭.
但對我來說,九記的湯純淨濃郁,喝完後牛肉和香料調和的美味在嘴裡久久不消.那種享受絕不遜於欣賞美酒.
要找到比九記的更對胃口的實在不容易.
有機會經過時總會外賣回家(若還沒吃飯的話還會堂食).例牌清湯腩,咖哩腩和淨湯各一份.
秋冬的時候特別喜歡哩腩,將半份哩腩+半份湯+1個烏冬放進砂煲,加點水,中小火煮乾水份,烏冬吸收了咖哩汁的味道又不會過鹹,吃進肚子裡暖呼呼的,是極上的美味.
爸爸不愛烏冬,和爸爸吃的時候會擱點粉絲,同樣好吃.
九記到現在還是只賣牛腩,不賣別的.人家用好價錢與他們洽購店舖或合作他們都不為所動.生意再好也不開分店.取消了下午關店已經是最大的改變了.
現在在香港要找一家和九記一樣不濫做,堅持原則的小店不容易.現在已經是第二代了.希望20年後吃到的九記牛腩和今天還會是一樣的.

地方雖然不好找,但是專程去吃的人很多^^
下一次你來香港晚上又不用和他們"会食"的話,我們一次去吃^^
This pic brings me back to my first exciting trip to HK...I also loved this noodle shop, esp. soup and its atomasphere, very Hong Kong to me. Even now, I dream of going back there!

Let's go again next time you come! You can try their curry beef brisket too! It is super delicious!! We often buy take away and make 煮込みうどん with it. It is my favorite food in winter (^.^)
